I purchased videocon D2h in 2010. I have been told to replace my set top box last year on Jul 27th as it got repaired. Now again same problem araised with out completing even one year.Supervisor Bharat of your cutomer care lodged my compliant and again charging Rs 150/- as visiting charges of engineer. Like this how many times i have to pay to you for your low quality set top box. I want my money back. Kindly look into the matter and process the money back as credit to my account or issue a DD.
