I had registered a complaint on 16th Jan 2015 with complaint number 29764922 saying there is problem in my dvr which is not working. 2 times engineer visited and informed that DVR will be replaced by paying Rs. 1500 extra for swapping but till now no action has been taken. Many times I called and reminded customer care but till now DVR box is not changed. I am only paying subscription charges from past 2 weeks and also paid till May 2015 but not able to view any channels. One Mr. Nagesh 9141268xxx is giving false promise that new engineer will attend but no one turning up to replace the unit.

Videocon D2H Need subscription charge refund along with compensation to change the connection and action against concerned person who is not attending the service calls causing inconvenience.
