Dear Sir, I Have Purchased Videocon Mobile, Model – A24 from Mahavir Communications, islampur, Dist Sangali, Maharastra. for rupees 4700 on 29/09/2013. After 11 month of use this mobile lost its display without any physical damage. I rush to nearest Authorized service center at New Tirupati Cellulars. Pimpri- Pune. This product is under Warranty. We contacted to Service center & we told that this mobile will be repaired in next 15 working days. But after so many follow ups service center person told me that display is not available with them & it is awaited from concerned company. Now total 44 working days lapsed & Service center is not picking my phone. Now I don’t have mobile & I lost my valuable contact data & my precious time.

1)I want my repaired mobile back on urgent basis 2)If mobile display is not available, I want brand new mobile of same brand & same model. 3) Or company has to pay equal amount to mobile+my expenses during followups.
