I have not received product even after multiple followups. Complaint numbers are 11256480 / 11255872/ 11255869 The product is with Delhivery courier, sitting in Pune from last 10 days however neither Snapdeal nor Delhivery is taking any action. I was promised action by both however no one replied back. I have sent many emails and called up many time to both Snapdeal and Delhivery however no action. The product is still not delivered

Wasted about Rs 200 on calls for followup and this affected my mental health and family health as well. This was diwali gift for my wife. I had to get another gift worth Rs 5000/-
