MISS PREET issued two numbers to me by saying its rental will be 175 but i received 1st bill in which rental was 225 and total bill was of 250. when i asked her she said u deposit rs 200 and i will rectify your bill. but i received 2nd bill of same rental plus 50rs from last bill total rs 316. now when i asked her she said i left that company i acnt do anything. and when i called at customer care they said your rental is 225 and you have to pay this bill. and they disconnected my number. they issued me numbers by telling wrong scheme and now they are issuing bill wrongly.

I called many times no one is solving my problem.. i approached Videocon Telecom office also at address they send me but there is no office at that address. now my services are barred. I want my bills to be rectified according to the scheme they told at the time of issuing numbers or otherwise allow me to port my number i will not pay wrong bill.
