I had purchased a 3 BHK flat at Eldeco Estate One, GT Road, Ludhiana from M/S Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties 201-212, 2nd Floor, Splendor Forum, Jasola District Centre New Delhi – 110 025. The quality of workmanship/construction is poor and I have written 3 nos. letter to the builder. I had also Chief Administrator, GLADA, 317-B, Rajguru Nagar, Ist Floor,Ludhiana- 141012. Punjab)regarding the same in writing but no action has been taken. My letters addressed to Managing Director(Eldeco) with CC to various Govt deptt. Punjab are attached herewith for your kind reference please. Official of Punjab Govt. are not listening to my grievances. I have approached so many times. I had also lodged a online complaint with Government of Punjab vide Registration no. PUDA1/E/2015/00002 on 08-01-2015. No action again. Please look in to the matter.
