Dear Sir This for your kind attention and for immediate action that my daughter Bhavya has owned your companies Karbonn Octane few days back on her birthday, choosing from 12-15 options. We all were happy to see the packing, the color, the emblem and the display but suddenly after 20 days it became a nightmare for us as the beautiful phone gone all out – the display gone totally, the emblem looks like teasing us, the colors gone faded and we left with that beautiful pack. It seems that we had paid for the packing… Hopes are still alive. We were suggested to get it repaired from a tiny shop in sector 37 noida who we were referred as your authorized service centre in noida. We left with no options and given the cell phone to the ASC and got a receipt from him on 22nd Nov. 2014. Since then till now we only get replies that part are not available it will take time, as in we generally got reply from govt office till few months back. Dear Sir in case the phone is not repairable it should be replaced or if still not possible I have no interest to take it. If you found shattered experience of ours in my mail please intervene and do a justice to it.
