Receipt No- 201405020730, Order No – 20140501048993 I have ordered item Code 1386322013, Sku:001, name – VLCC Jewel Beauty Kit(Aid), That i have received on 02-May-2014, Its offer included Free Gift with item Code: 1376922013, name Free Gift Vlcc Voucher Rs. 4000, Color White, This was not found in the parcel what i have received. Then i have made many complaint to their call centers, I have all the phone call recorded on my phone system. They have advertise on the TV for the same product and that i have recorded the program on my mobile too. When i call to call center they keep me waiting for 15 days, till now 3 moth happen still i did not get that free gift voucher.

I spent almost more than 300 Rs on phone call and i did not get Voucher of Rs. 4000. Now i dont want that voucher because it express on 25 Sept 14, so no use of accepting it. I want 4000 + 300 + compensation amount of 2500 Rs so total 6800 Rs has to pay for me from the company.
