i had ordered 9 items from Yepme on 20th june 2014 having order id-7579342,but they only send 7 items in a box through courier service.on the top of the box they indicated 9 items ,bt after opening it was only 7 nos.when i contacted yepme customer care they said the 2 items are not available & suggest for refund.i say then please refund .they said this will refund to your account 15 days within.now after 30 days still not came.i again ask them,they again say it is on process will refund within 15 days.it is going to 2 months.am hopeless..

i want refund full.and my mobile charges 50 rupees min. for calling the customer care.
