I had gone for a hair treatment at VLCC. The hair dresser was instructed to pluck some hair to make it even. In spite of multiple warnings and reminders, the hair dresser kept on cutting my hair and finally reduced it to 50% of what was originally. It took me 1 year to get my hair to the shape which this guy took in 5 mins and in spite of my reminders, he kept on telling that it will be fine and cut all the hairs. Its a huge psychological loss, trauma to me as I will take now one more year for the same to recover. The sad part was that there was no compensation, no redress al for the same

I want monetary compensation for all the stress, trauma as it will take me one year to recover. I want to file a case against their Brand name as they are distributing franchisee without due diligence and customer care is pathetic
