My dongle number is 9654018xx Even after numerous complaints, the refund of vodafone dongle has not been processed. I dint use the services of Vodafone Dongle from the say of purchase and lodged a written complaint on 30-June-2014. Even after continuous follow up,Vodafone is be fooling me.The dongle has been received by South Extension(New Delhi) store executive named Alok.

I want refund of complete dongle as cited in the receipt even the dongle has been received by store executive
