They told me my Tata Indicom plan has been changed and my incoming would be free but, I m still getting charged for incoming calls,they told me I have to an amount of rs 450 for a year so my incoming would be free and I will only charged for outgoing calls.

I want they should resolve my issues and change it prepaid so I could easily port if I need as they create to much problem in that too if you go to their outlet they say to call and when you call them they say go to outlet coz of that also I have faced a,lot of problems.I want this issue to resolved as soon as possible
