I got new mobile with a plan of Vodafone with 1 Gb data 3G for two month which started from 20 Dec 2014 till 19 Feb 2015 as per said by sales executive. But now after using data Vodafone saying that started from first day of the month in stead of 20 Dec as per billing cycle. Now I have been charged Rs 3000 for internet which should have been under data plan. Now I am getting a lot of calls from Vodafone and debt collector as well to pay outstanding Now I become fed up to attend a lot of spam calls. So request you to file a complaint against them and resolve this issue.

I am mentally harassed by Vodafone customer care for last one month as they are saying to all outstanding without any waiver.
