Xolo Q1010i Mobile – After Sales Service Review

Undersigned bought a phone Xolo Q1010i on 6th June 2014. 2. The phone had a minor issue viz.,a thin yellow line in the screen since very beginning. 3. However, after few month the phone developed battery issues and the phone became useless. 4. In the month of January the phone was sent to the company service centre in Hapur which was returned after around 12 days. 5. However, around 27th january, the phone developed serious snags as the during the previous visit, a wrong software (ROM of Q1011i) was wronlgy installed by the careless service centre. 6. On 29th January, the phone was again submitted to Lajpat Nagar, Service centre. 7. However, the phone has not been repaired or anything communicated till date inspite of lots of calls and complaint sent on their email id care@xolo.in. 8. A message received in the meantime communicated that the phone has been repaired but to no avail as upon reaching service sentence it was told that the phone developed another snag and was sent back.

Frequent faults This is to bring to your notice the frequent faults that are surfacing in the article XOLO Q1010I purchased on 6 June 2014. You will understand that whole purpose of purchasing this product of your company, inspite of serious apprehensions regarding quality and certainly after sale services, has been thoroughly defeated. Till date the phone has visited service centres twice, first in the month of January for battery problems and second from 29 January onwards. Please try to understand that this phone has disturbed all my activities and has failed to yield any value making the money spent on it a total waste. 2. EXCESSIVE DELAY IN REPAIRING On second occasion, the phone developed a charging issue because on the previous visit a software of Q1100 was installed instead of Q1010I which is the actual model number. However inspite of my frequent calling and visits to the service centre the phone has not been repaired as on 23 February 2015. My plight in such a scenario cannot be even imagined. 3. Lot of money has been spent in calling them and visiting service centre

In this scenario, without any further delay : 1. Either, the company should refund my the full amount of 11,900 along with interest payable @ 8% till date along with a compensation of 50% of the selling price as your product has failed to serve the minimum utility it claimed or provide any value for money, whatsoever. 2. Or the company should provide me a brand new handset of price not less than 11,900 at today’s prices without any further delay.
