Vodafone – Bill Raised for Service not Provided

I have purchsed Vodafone 3G connection, the no is 9769919655. The first day onwards i was not getting the service of 3G. I raised the concern with all relevant department but no solution was there and it has been 35 days.

Option 1- No bills till the time the network issue is solved. Option 2- Bill reversed and connection termination
