Aircel – Recharge Balance not received

recharged my Aircel number “7503465xxx” with Rs 103 online using my ICICI debit card. Transaction Id is DLR14040718422300496. After doing this transaction Rs.103 amount deducted from my account and recieved message from aircel that transaction failed and could not be completed at this moment.After then I called their customer care many times but those executives had no solution to this issue and hanged up the call.Online status of recharge shows paymentn:successful and recharge:failure. Aircel executives should have either told me a time limit till when I will recieve the balance or return back my amount.

I want my mobile balance to be updated the very next moment I dont have to do anything with technical issues these guys are facing I want the service. Or either return back my amount in my account as early as possible. For their pathetic customer support service I want the services to be better since I am a long time customer of Aircel.
