Vodafone – Bill wrongly charged -Customer Review

I have been wrongly charged for my no. 999999xxxx. I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel, the number was ported 4 days after the bill cycle date. For which Vodafone has charged me for 1 billing cycle instead of just 4 days. In the new bill which is wrongly charged by vodafone, they have also changed the said billing cycle without prior notice.

Now Vodafone is harassing me by threatening to barr my number 999999xxx which is currently operating in Airtel. They are wasting my time and energy by calling up and forcing me to visit their stores again and again, and there is no resolution. It is affecting my job which pays me Rs. 1000 per day. it has been more than 30 days now and costs me about Rs.30,000 approx.
