Due to poor Customer service of HDFC, I decided to shift my loan to some other bank.For this purpose a list of documents held by HDFC is required. HDFC refused to release that till i pay fee which I paid. After that they are harassing me by asking to submit property documents one after another.
HDFC should release the List of documents held by it immediately without ant further harassment. Mt understanding is that HDFC doesn’t have any right to refuse release of this document.
