I have shifted to Mumbai from 22nd Dec and after 15 days on 11 Jan’15 the network has been suddenly gone, I thought it will get right but it was same for next two days so I filed complaint on 13 Jan’15 regarding this. They said it will be fixed in 3 days but there was no resolution from the company and later on I found that they Reliance discontinued my phone number from all the services.

It has very huge economical damage as I was in Mumbai to meet client. They were trying to connect me on my phone but due to unavailability I have lost many important meeting. I think if I amount this in monetary terms it will be huge but I think 1 Lacs is the loss I had with this.
