I had requested to get my 6 Vodafone Mobile No.s Transferred into CUG. I was asked that I need migrate from Prepaid to Postpay for the same. I converted my no. into Postpaid. Now noone is ready to help me in getting the same Changed to the CUG Plan that was offered to me of 199 Bumper Plan and within CUG the Call rates would be free. Rent 199 CUG Local to on net 0.2 to other mobiles 0.3 to landlines 0.5 STD to on net 0.5 to other mobiles 0.5 to landlines 0.5 SMS local 0.6 national 1 Roaming 70p Freebies 600 local M2M & 400 local + national SMS Now my RM is also taking the matter seriously and I am suffering for the same.
