Vodafone Data Card 3G Speed – Review

Sir, I am customer of Vodafone data Card (Postpaid), during December 25, 2014 to December 31, 2014. My data card was connecting to internet but not getting the speed properly, I went to their office as per the address listed above, I met the person stated above and he said me that TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has distributed Indian Frequencies to Pakistan and therefore the connection error is seen. I found this reason quite bizarre and later get to know from other sources that Vodafone is upgrading 3G in town therefore connection error was there. Along with this issue, on 3rd January a new issue raised, that day late night a pop up appears that you have consumed your data (5 GB), I was shocked because in the month of October I have upgraded my plan from 5 GB to 8 GB, I called above stated person today i.e. on Monday (Working Day) told him the issue, he took my data card no. and confirmed in his system and told me that plan was degraded 8 GB to 5 GB on December 17, 2014. I asked that why he did so and if they did so then why they did so without my consent. He said I will call you bit later. There is no call from him and I tried him twice after that, once he didn’t picked the call and second time the above stated no. of him was switched off. And my concern stands as it is now.

I want a certain and genuine answers that what was the exact issues during that one week, and why my plan was degraded without my prior concern and also the compensation for my time loss due to these issues as stated by law.
