I had recharged a data pack of rs. 251 for 1 GB 3G data on 2nd Oct,14. Till then I was not getting 3G speed. While complaining on the next day to the customer care, I found my data pack had been deactivated and informed that it had been done upon my request. But I just complained about the data speed. Again calling to the customer care they informed that they are unable to retrieve the plan and for that I have recharge Rs. 251 again. With my great surprise from today I noticed that my access to customer care executive has also been blocked.

Either M/s Vodafone refund my recharge amount Rs. 251 or they can retrieve the 1GB 3G data service for 28 days.
