When I was working in Chennai, I bought a Vodafone Mobile No. I paid the Security deposit of 3000 Rs. towards activating my Mobile No 9962277xxx for International Roaming when I was in Qatar, and my Purpose of paying the security deposit was not fulfilled, Instead of repeated calling from International No. and dropping the message to the Vodafone customer care, they have not complied with my request, Hence I dropped a mail to deactivate my Vodafone Number and the Balance Outstanding amount to be credited to my account, even I got the confirmation that my Vodafone Number will be disconnected and my amount will be refunded, In spite of Deactivating the Vodafone Mobile No. in the Month of December Vodafone team has threatened me through mail that they are going to file legal proceedings against me for being defaulter, again I wrote them back they said they will be settling my fund in the January 2014, Still my amount has not been refunded, Because of this Mental Tension created by them during the Pregnancy stage, I would like to suit a case against them with a Compensation amount of Two Lakhs, and other associated cost for filing / Registering the case if any from them being negligence in their duty, Providing Mental Tension, International Call Usage by me for calling them, and 2667 still Un Paid
