Vodafone Excess Bill on 3G Data Services Activated without Consent

Honorable Sir, This is an appeal being a bonafide Indian citizen towards cheated from private telecom services herein referred as Vodafone East Limited . They have excessively charged towards activation & deactivation of certain data services. The total usage is hereby quoted below but they are unsubscribed the service before my consent given for deactivation and accordingly charged for subsequent whole. Instance is I activate a service on 29th and deactivated on 3rd , So far consumption charges will be calculated between these days. But the company is forcefully done deactivation on 2nd day and take illegitimate charges for the day of 3rd so far as the maximum usage done on that day. This way they generated huge charges on invoicing. Actually if you see the usage I have only used 1.78 Gb out of 2 GB as defined for that particular plan of Rs. 450/ rental . The last usage of the the pack herein referred as RENTAL-MI_VOL_3G_450_2GB on 03/06/13 on 03.06.2013 at 17:52:53 . accordingly unsubscribe on 03.06.2013 at 22:39:27. they acknowledge that net package RENTAL-MI_VOL_3G_450_2GB deactivated on 02/06/13 , but I have used it till 03/06/13. If a customer like me subscribe a service in any day as per his necessity then you only have full authority to cut/discontinue the service before his purpose over and without his consent Is that hell their customer orientation . Each & individual customer suffering with your service like that data usage. Previously I text this issue but you ignore that and status shows resolved. I want you to again take up the matter with the company itself.

I want the refund for excess billing charges due to company.
