I have an vodafone postpaid connection.The Vodafone People Have added 896 rs for downloading charges.They blindly put some file names in the bill and show u have downloaded all these files and the charges are as shown…I contacted Their customer care they told like it is a pop up thing when you open some websites automatically the service will be activated…but i have not downloaded anything….and also i have asked them one question these pop up things is same for prepaid also rite when we use internet in prepaid mobile there also we browse websites..There also these services as to be activated..and amount as to be deducted from my balance..but why it wont happen in prepaid mobile.from past 5 years i am using prepaid mobile..in these long years it wont happen in a single time..but now in postpaid is there any rules like these services has to be activated in postpaid only….this is not fair rite..And they told me like these are third party applications we dont have any link to them..but when we press that pop up thing this will be redirected to cwap.Vodafone.in..but they are telling we cant do anything on this..and we are not related to this..but They have given some file names and they told you have downloaded all these but usage is 0kb and duration is 0 seconds and downloaded file is not saved in the mobile..what kind of download this thing..I request you to kindly go through this issue and many customers are facing the same issue..please take it seriously and resolve it.We poor people how can we pay that much amount..please help me.

I have called to customer care many times..I Spoke to them hourly..So they have wasted my time and my energy..They reply these are genuine charges..My credit limit was 1400 rs but billed amount is 1466 rs..Including downloading charges.Which i have not paid..Because of this they have barred my outgoing calls from past 8 days..So i am unable to use their service..Because of this i have recharged my prepaid amount both internet and voice recharge..I didnt had that much amount i have taken it from my friend.So i have lost my money because of these vodafone people..Please take serious action against them
