I cancelled StanChart credit card of the bank in jun 2014.I make full payment of generated bill before the cancellation. Still they sent me payment overdue bill every month. Initially it shows excess balance in the bill, recently they charged some billed amount. I communicate them via mail and calls too. I requested to stop this bills as I cleared your all overdue amount as well as I cancelled the card already. They replied me on email that your creadit card has no overdue but excess balance, But you EMI a/c has some overdue. If you request us to shift your excess balance to your EMI account then it will finished your all dues completely. So I request them to do so. But they never described what type of EMI had pending. The bill continuously mailed me every month. I used all proper communication with the bank but still they are not ready to stop these mails of generated bill.

Banks are charging me billed amount for the card which is already cancelled 7 months ago. Stop all the mails from the bank which is showing payment overdue for ever as I had payed all bills already and I already cancelled the card before 8 months.
