I had purchased provogue shoes under order number OD00131963 0940187000 from flipkart on 19 nov 2014. The quality of shoes is so pethatic that it got torn in less then a month and I raised a replacement request due to this and and I received the replaced shoes was received on 22 Dec. However the replaced shoes also appeared to be of very inferior quality and shoes started torn out after 45 days of receipt. I filled a complaint with flipkart on 21 Feb on 21 feb to advise with the issue however I have been advised that flipkart can not assist any more as I filled a complaint after 30 days of delivery. This is not at all acceptable. The product itself has very inferior quality of material used and gets torn out after few days of usage. I have spent Rs. 1999 to buy this. Please assist.

Kindly assist get the refund of amount of Rs 1999.
