MakeMyTrip Doesn’t Honor Change of Dates / Schedule

Horrible experience with makemytrip.com for partial date change. Been calling customer care for 5 hrs only to get transferred from one department to another. Their customer care staff don’t even make me talk to their supervisor nor any manager. They are deflecting me to airline who cannot help as the ticket has been book from makemytrip. The bestest customer care executives are Mr. Danish, Mr. Chandan and Mr. Asif, who (if they were kind enough to give out their names correctly) do not even know their system well enough, they candidly owned up saying sir we do not know how we can help you with this.

Please contact airline they say… #commonman asks why am I paying a site like make my trip if I have to talk to airline, why can they not change date of my travel? Pls share this and raise awareness regarding this lest you want to go through the harrowing experience yourself.

I have not been able to get partial cancellation done and get my date changed. I was harassed for 3 days. When I took to social media, I was finally contacted by makemytrip but my issue was not resolved and money for both sectors cancellation was charged. They have no regard for customers problems once money is paid to them for booking. I want my money for one sector repaid to me with compensation for the horrifying exp I have faced.
