Vodafone False Info on Unlimited Data at Reduced Speed

I use Vodafone postpaid mobile number 99534XX057 with a data plan of 1GB for which I pay a rental of Rs. 250 every month. Upon usage of 80% of my data limit I got an e-mail from vodafone that persuaded me to use data even after my quota limit . The e-mail read like this “Alerts@vodafone.com Jan 18 (6 days ago) to me Dear Customer, You have consumed 819.20MB (approx) of data on your mobile internet plan on your number 919953480057. As per your plan, post completion of your quota, browsing speeds will be reduced to 64Kbps and you can continue with unlimited browsing.

To continue enjoying browsing at 3G speeds you can choose to activate one of our Booster Plans. For more details on the Booster plans, visit http://www.vodafone.in/3gworld. Regards, Vodafone India Customer Care” It can be clearly seen that nothing has been mentioned about any amount being charged for this access to unlimited browsing at 64kbps. Now they are refusing to entertain me on this matter and are trying to avoid conversation.

Physical Damage: I have been billed with excess Rs. 750/- Mental shock and trauma: Even after being a Vodafone postpaid customer for more than 5 years, I was provided false information and vodafone care delhi refused to even acknowledge my issue. They kept on saying that they are sorry and can not do anything

I want Vodafone to remove this charge of Rs.750/- from my bill, and I want them to make sure that they never ever try to provide false information to the customer and bill him wrongly.
