Dear Team, I have purchased 2 suit sets(order number 237452) on 1 -jan -2015 from well renowned Aditya Birla Nuvo Group’s trendin.com. After I received the order, I find them duplicate of brands, also the size is not appropriate. So I returned them on 8 Jan-2015. The person taking back the products has given me a receipt also,he told me that i will get the money back in 48 hours. Amount was approx 5000 INR. But to my surprise no money is refunded.
I called them, they told me that they have refunded the amount on 9 January only. I shared with them my account statement as no money is refunded. But they keep on telling me that my money is refunded. I shared my account statement and they i asked for the otr or transaction id for the refund but they are not sharing that also. When I ask them they tell they cant share as otr number is with back end team so i ask them to forward my call but they tell that they cant forward my call also.
I have checked it on google and found that this same thing they have done with so many people. Now, I want my money back and if they have transferred my money i want the otr number and if not i want to file a legal complaint against them. As this is giving me to much headache and affecting me mentally and financially both.
As a consumer, I have suffered economic damage is my 5000 INR is lost.,Every time they said that they have refunded my money and as i didn’t get it, they have escalated my issue. But when it will be refunded i want to know. Physical damage is 2 suits sets that i very much need for my office party is what i don’t get. I felt ashamed as i don’t have any blue and pink dress to wear. This has affected me so much that i start getting headache and pimples all over my face. I have consulted another doctor for headache and pimple and spent 15000 INR including my medicals bills and travelling expense. I leave early from office to see doctor, that is affecting my work also. This has affected me so much mentally and economically. I am a middle class poorgirl and every penny of my hard work is very important for me.
