I have complained that Videocon Mobile handset battery takes charging for 12 hrs and also voice clarity is not good of the phone. They harassed my feyoncy also me too. We became mentaly tortured by company. We had fight because of phone. They told immediately replacement but they dint do.

My complain No is OD201720673408600200. I have suffered physical damage of 6000 Rs phone of no use, fight between me and going through mental harassment. I demand immediate refund from Videocon or Flipkart who sold the phone to me.
