Dear Sir In spite of submitting all docs. related to Hospitalization, medical treatment, medical reports including MRI, X Ray reports etc. and course of treatment at hospital ,investigation reports and line of treatment in IPD and certification by the treating doctor,my medical claim has been denied. I also submitted a detailed certification of IPD doctor, Dr. Jagdish Bhindia, the Orthopedic surgeon under whom I remained under medical treatment at Indubhai Parikh Memorial Hospital at Nagda. Dr.Bhindia is visiting doctor at said hospital and certified the hospitalization need and course of treatment conducted by them.I also requested in case, they need further certification on hospitalization, it can be checked directly from concerned Hospital and from the concerned doctor at his cwll no. mentioned in the certificate. But denial of genuine claim is not at all justified. I request you to kindly direct insurance co. to settle my above claim without any further delay.

I am retired employee and still have acute pain but due to not settling the above claim, I am unable get my medical treatment in hospital. I have been paying the premium of over Rs. 10,000/=per year for last more than 13=14 years but this is my 1st and genuine claim has been denied. Due to acute pain, I am unable to do any work and job which result in financial loss in lacs.
