I am using Vodafone whose network and call service is one of the best in the market. But Couple of weeks back, I was playing games in my cellphone while going to office suddenly a advertisement popped up on the top which i ignored and continued playing the game, After merely 2-3 mins I got an SMS saying “Your Mobile Academy Pack is Activated“, out of no where. I was surprised and immediately i deactivated it by sending sms. By this time I reached office and forgot to inform vodafone about and gradually it faded from my mind,

Today when I was playing again sane thing happened and this time “Gaana Khazana” got activated. I immediately deactivated it and called #vodafone complaining about it, they said sorry and said there was double confirmation pop up which [according to them I SAID YES] and then system has activated it. Which actually did not happen. They reverted me the amount charged but when I complained about the last one the bluntly said “SORRY WE CANNOT DO IT” both agent Hemraj and supervisor Kanchan Sharma, reason being “Why I DID NOT INFORM THEM THEN AND THERE”. I explained them but they said nothing can be done. Now if this continues my Question to #Vodafone is : 1. Your customer base is from children to aged people, Do you thing each and every one have to keep a track and be vigilant 24/7 to check if such double popup comes and then you activate your service? Or you will continue to charge your consumers in such illegal ways? 2. Now 99% use touch phones and you push your advertisement at any part of the screen and by mistake if some one touch that part and you consider it to be confirmation from the user. or use a better method to advertise so that it shows more ethical in terms of your business. 3. Do you expect people to report an issue then and there, if that person is in emergency or middle of some thing Very urgent than REPORTING ISSUE TO #VODAFONE???

Not to sale in this manner and refund.and stop this kind of illegal business.
