They have deducted 99rs 30 rs too many times from my account in the past 3 months.when i asked the customer care guy he said that i have been charged for some SHOT FORMAT download,whereas i have downloaded nothing and they are not returning back my balance they have deducted.they are cheating innocent peoples

I want my balance back .Around 200 rs
