Prakash from krk exports my Mobile No 9384788xxx, On 7th feb I made a request through online for activation for international roaming through Vodafone Web Portal It replies Your Request taken . I got the msg as attached , and also paper work also accepted by vodafone chennai Parrys . After the acceptance and guidance I used the International Roaming , in Between I received Sms for Unfilled Amount Rs 22000 , Immediately I Again inquired with chennai vodafone parrys office (Sultan ) He confirmed That un billed amount is under normal Once the bill generated the amount will get adjust. My Dis appointments Are 1. Even after applying online and Submitting Hard copy and visiting Parrys office couple of times i was not made of Sms Activation . 2. When my credit limit is 14000 in the past My connection got Barred Exactly when i crossed the limit . Even this control did not happen on time , i was only reciving Sms line did not Barred , So Vodafone System Failure For Which i am asked to pay .

We Need Our Extra International Roaming charges . Necessary actions on vodafone
