I recharged my prepared no. With 3G plan of 1 month its get overed in few days after that I recharged my no. With 2G plan.they are not considered it as 2G and keep deducting money from my main account balance and when I complaint about the same at their service centre execute told me we have policy for it and you complaint is not valid we cant help you.

I want to my total refund of rs 62.and the policy have to change because its not benefited to any one.
