I was using BB399 Blackberry Internet plan on my Blackberry Phone which entitles me to free unlimited interned browsing on my Blackberry phone. I switched to another blackberry phone and I was using the same plan but this time received a SMS stating my data usage which I had never received when I was using this plan for the past 3 years. So I went to the nearest Vodafone Store (Ashok Square, Nagpur) to ask the Executive about this SMS and I was informed that the SMS is sent by mistake and I should continue using my internet and the charges will be Waived off during the generation of bill. When I received the bill I WAS CHARGED for all the Internet usage and no charges were waived off according to my BB399 plan. I filed numerous complaints with Vodafone company informing them that their Executive misled me into this because I had already shown the executive the SMS and she told me it was sent by mistake and due to this I have received the excess bill.
I at least want full waiver of the excessive charge on my bills dated 05/08/2014 and 05/09/2014 for my Vodafone No. +91-9923285xxx, which was caused due to the misleading information provided by the Vodafone Executive.
