Dear Sir/Madam, My prepaid Account balance of Vodafone MH Mobile No- 888842xxx is wrongly and automatically deducted with Rs 75 in last week of July & Rs 49 on 05 Aug 14 without any intimation to me. Kindly refund my deducted amount at the earliest. On complaint to 198 they said that I have downloaded wallpaper and browsed some ad site, whereas I haven’t neither downloaded any wallpaper nor browsed any Ad site. Finally they didn’t register my complaint on repeated request and even didn’t forwarded my call to any senior officer saying non of them are available now.
