I had been using Data INternet services since years on Idea. I have taken a package of 2 GB internet per month. I use internet only for Whats app or face book.I hardly use Internet on a daily basis as I have internet in my office for other purposes. Every month I could hardly use 1 GB also. In the start of August month I started getting msgs that my internet usage is 1.1 GB and so on where in the new circle of the month has started. When contacted at the Customer care of Idea, they said they have no information about it that how my internet usage is going up. No the internet usage is showing above 2 GB. This is not possible that till 12th Augsut my 2 GB internet is used. AS per my knowledge they have not started the new circly and added the last month usage with this month usage of internet. Now they have started charging me above for the usage above 2 GB which is again too much and I have no intimation about the same from IDea.

My internet should be started again from scratch for this month and no extra charges should be paid.
