Vodafone Mobile Network Issue

I had registered a complaint about the Vodafone Network in my society on 5th August 2017. The complaint number is 343720240. Till now the problem is neither addressed nor resolved. Whenever I call Customer Care, they say their network team will resolve the issue in some days. Can anybody define what “some days” means. In a service industry, everything has a TAT to response & resolve issues. Can anybody explain, in this case what is the TAT???? How the hell you make us suffer when customers like us are loyal for so many years & pay their bill correctly. How can you take us for granted???
