Dear Sir/Madam, I want to make a complaint against Vodafone Mobile, as I have proactively deactivated ISD service from mobile no. 9820301xxx (w.e.f. 10/07/2013 as per confirmation from Vodafone, Refer mail attached). In Apr14 bill I found ISD calling done on 13/04/14-20:18:41.(This mobile no is with my father who is Sr. Citizen & chances of accidentally dial any wrong no.). After check with Vodafone replied as charges are correct you have to paid it. I have ask that if ISD services were in a deactivated mode on my mobile no. 9820252159, then how come an ISD call got connected and charged thereafter. Vodafone clarified post deactivation of ISD service default “Home ISD” service get activate. But I have not informed about any default “Home ISD” service get activate. Though I have paid these charges shows in bill as I don’t want to discontinue this no which is used by my father, but due to this procedural issue I am penalised so I want reversal of ISD Charges paid. Kindly assist to reversal of ISD charges & make Vodafone to inform all customers about these hidden charges.
