Vodafone – not deactivating the plans

problem 1 :-i was given request in february 2014 to customer care of vodafone post paid to deactivate my data plan but they are following the customer directions and not attending the problems of cusotmers.they deactivated lately on may 2014. Problem 2 :- they changed my existing post paid plan to another plan without my consent.

i want both monetary benefits i.e. 399+300=600and monetary value of wastage of my valuable time
