Sir/Mam, I bought spectacle from the optical gallery, it has got damaged so I gave this to the store operator at the same shop for repair, But he misplaced the damaged piece with the help of which it would have got repaired easily, and now he is suggesting me to buy new specks.

The specks which got damaged was worth rs 3360/- now he is asking me to buy new specks. I used the specks for about 2 months. I have deposited my speck about a month back since that time I am not able to use specks which causing great difficulty to me.

I want the optical gallery to either return me the specks as it was given to them or else get it repaired as soon as possible.
