i have purchased a MTS MBlaze mobile broadband USB modem on 21/06/2011 from Mobile plaza, station road, keranitola, a dealer of MTS, Tax invoice no: 4492, model no: AC2766, ESN: 0b259CA4, MDN: 9153985029, S/N: 92103242A304 and i paid Rs 1599/-. Now after almost three years i incidentally find out from customer care services of MTS that this particular product is not registered on my name instead of providing right document to the dealer while purchasing the product. when i contacted to the MTS exclusive store, they told that they can not help me in this regard and they said “there is no way out”.
i asked MTS to re-registered on my name & provide me a mobile broadband usb modem with same number & registered on my name, according to them which is not possible due to GOVT. guidelines. Then i want a new broadband USB modem connection with a new mobile number which should be registered on my name & for that i am not ready to pay a penny and MTS should block both the number(one active connection probably registered on my name & the one i am using) after providing me a fresh connection.
