I booked MTS data card on 4-May-2014 through there online store & I got the same on 5-May-2014 after submiting the require documents to same guy who delivered the data card to me which as per their process…..But my data card is still not activated, I called that delivery guy more then 20 times but his answer is still same that it will be activated in few days but just now I have checked with customer service & they are saying that the documents are incomplete & they can’t do anything in this regards & moreover when I asked for refund the answer was you have to get in touch with the guy who delivered the product. This is how they treat the customers.
I don’t want their data card anymore.I had paid Rs. 1500 which I want back. Please to get my money back from MTS.
