Aircel – wrongly communicated new plan

Dear Sir i have been a loyal Aircel customer since long and have been paying all my bills regularly.I called up Aircel customer care to make some changes in my billing schedule as per my usage on my mobile phones …The representative wrongly communicated me about the New plan which i told him to opt for …The WAP internet charges were not made aware to me in a proper way they just said yes you can use the internet as per your requirement.I failed to understand this and then after activating the new plan 3 days after i called up again and they informed me to add an internet pack to my plan…I agreed that time itself….However my usage in 2 days for WAP was not at all done as there was some problem going on in my phone through which i could not browse anything or download or surf…I called the Technical support team to help me get connected for internet but then also it could not get connected…then i tried formatting my phone and then i called up customer care to reset me up and also added the internet pact in which 800 mb was offered to me So due to the wrong communication by the Customer care and my phone problem through which i was not able to connect to the internet for couple of days and i have been wrongly billed for the WAP charges for Rs 2903 which i am not going to pay off as i did not used any internet and also called the technical support to set me up for internet service…Kindly WAIVE OFF the wrong charges-WAP ,GPRS which have been on my bill which is not justified… Will be eagerly waiting for your answer Thanks Anslem.Thomas 9911760xxx New Delhi
