I Have asked to Virvinder Kaur to activate Internet Pack 1GB-3G and deactivate 500MB-3G plan from 11th July.But she deactivated 500mb plan and not forget to activate 1 GB plan. So Internet I used from 11 july to 30th Aug,they charged me about Rs.4500. Ideally if the requested plan were activated, Charges would be charged only Rs.250/-. I have registered many complaints on 198, but every time complains gets closed without discussion.Complains no. are as follow: 1.2484015448 2.2481969034 3.2489008666 4.2489360018

I want please check my call records and please provide me waiver for the extra amount charged by vodafone.
