sir, i have got a new connection of vodafone (corporate). i had a plan of rs. 149 that gives me 500mb data usage. but the vodafone company has levied a charge of rs. 175 for the activation not done by me. whenever there is a change in the plan we get email for this. but they did not reverted me via email or sms on my number. secondly they haved charged me for rs 198 as download charges which is also irrelevant. i just use facebook nothing else. no website is visiting. i am a desktop user that’s why i ought for this pla. i need waiver for such nuisance from the company for the misconduct.
i want waiver for the internet pack activated by the vodafone company plus download charges that are irrelevant.
