Vodafone Without Information Plan changed billing improper

First issue – i had taken a plan of 99/- per month rental which included 300 std/local benefit earlier Vodafone . later on the plan changed to 100 local and 100 std minutes. i requested for closing the sim. even the sim get closed. after sometimes a customer call was there asking why you closed the number? i replied, due to the reason that the modified scheme don’t suits me. she (customer care) said that we will again allow you the previous benefit. i said then ok you may reactivate my plan. but instead of this my plan was not changed and additionally 99/- rs plan was changed to 199/- plan without any information. second issue – billing is all improper, even it does not include the benefits what was said to me as per customer care. i have talked with the customer care but solution was there. i e-mailed but no solution is there.

my billing should be correct and for this mental harassment and time wasting the court must give some hard punishment so that no one other could be effected further.
