Samsung – Defective handset problem not resolved

Therefore it is now very hard to use the mobile set anymore. Today I have deposited again the mobile set to your service center at Kolkata with a complaint letter (attached) for their necessary action ! I have already mentioned that I shall not accept such defective mobile set and frustrated as when can get the replacement from Samsung for my use. I have received a confirmation of call from CEO’s office also regarding delivery of the handset as replacement of mother board has been done. Now I have taken the delivery of my handset and I have keeping the same under my observation. If in future if there is any problem occurs regarding my handset it is your responsibility to settle such problem and replace me with a new handset. This is for your information.
